We have now released rest of the new KIKS TYO tees online. Plenty of fresh designs for the SS09. Similar to majority of the KIKS TYO releases, the tees are all available in limited numbers only. We already introduced the new Shanadoo Mix Pack Tee while back. Below some closeups and information of the other new designs.

My Momotaro project is moving ahead at a nice pace. Last week I had a chance to hit the beach and enjoy the summer weather. Well the whole trip was a bit extempore and I did not have my shorts along. No worries, cuff the jeans and voila you have a pair of shorts, heh. Well it was all good. Some might shuck at the idea of wearing heavy oz denim during the summer, but hey each their own. Wearing my jeans in the sand is all good, not something I would probably think of straight away but it’s a wear and tear project after all, heh. (continue reading…)

Hi Y’all,

It’s been a long time coming but I’ve got some pics and information of the new 0701 Momotaro jeans. The jeans have the same raw heavy oz denim finishing as the other Vintage label jeans. The jeans have a great slender cutting and provide a good fit. But pictures speak a thousand words so decided to share a few pictures of the new jeans. Do note that the jeans in the picture are in raw form and will shrink/adjust a bit after initial soaking. Thus providing even better fit. I will post some post soaking pictures as soon as possible. We’re also working to bring in the sizing chart for the design. So stay tuned.

Put a notice on the site already, the crew is off today and tomorrow (16.-17.7). Still working, but just out of office. The work never stops and you can never keep your eyes closed.

Hi Y’all,

Supposed to post some sneaker updates today but decided to halt that for now as nothing particularly special has caught my eye recently. Well that aside few days back I did bump into a Paris runway special of a well new way to rock your sneakers. Not sure what to call it but the best way to describe the style is; cut away the toe of the kicks and voila you have sandal sneakers! The funny thing is that I am pretty sure I have actually seen this somewhere else as well. Nevertheless pictures speak a thousand words.
