I posted some post soaking pics of the new 0701 tight fit Momotaro jeans sometime back and decided to do a little something on the same note today.

Today’s post soaking pics are of the GL003-MZ Slim Fit Lady’s Line Momotaros. The jeans have been worn on and off for about six months and got their first wash (hand washed inside out in 30 degrees Celsius) two days back. Well first off it should be mentioned that the jeans have a one wash finishing and thus shrink much less than the raw Vintage label jeans. Nevertheless as expected the jeans did shrink a bit improving the fit.

Below a small before after pic. Although the jeans were quite slim already they did actually slim down a bit more from the original one wash state. The length was also reduced approximately 5 cm and the color remained pretty much the same.

Few individual pics that show the post soaking fit. As expected the fabric softened a bit as well improving the comfort. As the original waist fit was already on point, the waist was stretched few times while the jeans were drying (the waist shrunk 1-2 cm).

Following the washing the jeans will now need some wear to adjust. That’s all for this set of jeans but let’s see, maybe I’ll post something on the jeans in few months after another wash or two.
