Jeans, a Faded Blue Planet

by on Jun.01, 2010, under Entertainment, Fashion and style, Headlines

Greetings,

Today I want to share something special with you and yours. A denim project of different sort. A documentary about a topic very close to our hearts, jeans. Faded Blue Planet is a documentary by film maker Thierry Aguila, a dedication to perhaps best pants in the world, your jeans. Everybody has their denim stories, their first ever pair of jeans, the best pair of jeans or jeans that you wore during a special event.

Faded Blue Planet is a film that revolves around this theme. What makes this interesting for us is that, the film includes interview with Hisao Manabe, the CEO of the Japan Blue Group (Momotaro Jeans). Plenty of inside information about the world of denim and jeans. You might remember the Momotaro Jeans videos I posted on the blog and out media centre, well this one has more production footage. With information on Momotaro Jeans and the making of, this could very well be another episode of Momotaro Jeans – Made in Japan.

That said, let the video footage speak for itself.

For more details on the film, you can visit fadedblueplanet.com

Very, very interesting I might say. So, what was your first pair of jeans?

Have a great evening everyone, one love y’all…
