What’s good?

#summertime is the hash tag of the day. Firstly because it is summer, second because it’s still warmer than it has been in ages (in Finland that is). So many people are not feeling the heat (not Miami) and most even complain about it. I say, all you need is a positive attitude good deodorant and most importantly some Old Spice Body Wash with 24 h body odor blocking POWER!

We have posted number of Old Spice advertisements featuring Terry Crews, Bruce Campbell and especially the “Old Spice Man”. The creative team behind the Old Spice adverts is not slowing down, not at all. Their latest campaign cleverly mixes Twitter marketing and Youtube by taking questions from followers meant to the Old Spice dude via Twitter and then posts responses on their Youtube channel.

I have to say, this is pretty dope. Many people are asking and even questioning how to effectively use Twitter for marketing? Well ladies and gentlemen, here is your response. The responses are similar to the advertisements and are making an impact all over the web. This is how a viral campaign should work, connecting Twitter, Youtube and Facebook in a fluent manner not wasting any social media space but moreover creating a viral snowball.

I would say it’s best to take a look yourself and answer me this, “When two men both using Old Spice Body Wash meet, do they cancel each other out?” A mighty fine question if you ask me, and here’s the answer.
