For the upcoming KIKS TYO SS2011 season, KIKS TYO have taken inspiration for a new collaboration with Kana Tsugihara from a classic 1988 Hip Hop album Power by Ice-T. The album cover featured Ice-T’s then spouse Darlene in a white bathing suit with a shotgun. This “weapons” collaboration does not include Ice-T nor Darlene but the lovely gravure model Kana Tsugihara in a white bikini, with a shotgun and a pair of fresh kicks.

It’s aweome to see the Sneaker & Girl collaborations evolve while still keeping it real. Having have seen the upcoming collaborations, I can safely say this is not the only awesome release coming from the brand. This just happens to be close to my heart as Ice-T’s Power is a classic Hip Hop album and I just happen to be a big fan of this particular genre of music.
