Snow Warning
by Taavi Kuisma on Dec.07, 2010, under Headlines, News & Events
We interrupt your scheduled program for a public service announcement.
We’re getting a white Christmas, that’s pretty much sure here in Finland. However the Winter Wonderland has somewhat turned into a chaos at least on the traffic side. With more snow coming down from the sky pretty much non-stop people get somehow carried away everything pretty much derails. I have already received messages across the world about delays in deliveries and postal services due to severe weather conditions. Winter comes every year, take notes people!

On top of this, the flight attendants and other relevant parties are “from what I have heard” still on strike which causes delays on scheduled flights. I was told by the postal officers that our shipments should not be affected as they are sent out as “letter size” registered mail. However as you can never underestimate the greed of people or the weather for that matter I feel as it’s my duty to warn each and everyone of our customers about possible delays with the deliveries.
Don’t worry, we send out the items as scheduled, it’s just the third parties that are out of our control.
Thank you for your understanding and should you have any inquiries, feel free to contact me for details.
Regards,
Taavi Kuisma
