The latest Star Wars goodie to activate the fans and collectors is the Star Wars The Blueprints book. This huge opus by J.W. Rinzler is collated from archives of all episodes of the Star Wars Saga. The Star Wars fan boy in me just go a bit excited. The book doesn’t only show how the galaxy far, far away was designed and created but features over 500 photos and illustrations from the saga. Imagine seeing the blueprints of Death Star, Droids, and Millenium Falcon. The visuals are backed up with commentary from the creators themselves as well as the author. Weighing in at 10 kg, this heavy weight is sure not going to leave anyone cold. Did I mention that only 5000 pieces exist each of which is hand numbered.
