As a huge fan of the original Frank Miller’s Wolverine comics taking place in Japan, I am quite excited about the upcoming movie. Not the first time I am saying this and not the last either. With the movie launching in a month’s time the movie bosses have granted fan boys and girls alike a new International Trailer with added footage from the upcoming movie. The movie is looking pretty damn awesome. Now we just have to wait for its official release…

Another video clip that needs no long introductions. Seems that Iron Man 3 is not the only movie ensuring epic blockbuster summer. The latest trailer for the Man of Steel showcases a new type of Superman movie. An origin story with a certain darkness to it. A story of a conflicted Superman who tries to find his place in our world. I could go on and on… there are so many elements set to make this a great movie. It could very well be the Batman Begins of the Superman series. Whether you’re a fan of the franchise or just like superhero movies this one’s bound to be good.

Audi (namely the Audi R8)has been the “chosen car brand” of Tony Stark aka the Iron Man for few movies already. Riding on the hype of the upcoming Iron Man 3, Audi has launched a co-branded campaign that gives the fans a chance to choose how the story goes. Steer the Story is latest in line of crowd sourced campaigns, that allows fans to have a say in the end-result. As a comic book fan, I approve this campaign.

Talk about “trailerception”… The Wolverine is definitely one of this year’s most anticipated movies and rightfully so. After all the movie is based on Frank Miller’s and Chris Claremont’s comic book(s) in which the mutant hero finds himself in Japan fighting off ninjas, the Yakuza and the Silver Samurai himself. The comics are among my favorites so I’m definitely hyped about this. The comic book community has been patiently and not so patiently waiting for the trailer for the movie and now we are only 2 days away. Batman, the world’s greatest detective has had a far bigger impact on people’s lives than probably even the creators of the legendary superhero could have fathomed. The character in his complexity has inspired some, brought courage into lives of those in the need of it and has become a superhero almost every little boy aspires to be. A documentary film project by Brett Culp exploring the power of heroic stories & the inspirational impact of Batman, was put up on kickstarter to gather funds for the feature film. Funds which the project collected in only 48 hours. Epic… Epic like the character himself. A man without superpowers but whose dedication and intelligence (not to mention fortune) make him “the only” man to be able to bear even Superman. It was some time back that I just like other Denim enthusiasts found out about a project called Warp and Weft. An independent denim documentary about the fabric we all have grown to love. The documentary by Devin Leisher, Mehdi Ahmadi and Anders Helseth was done in collaboration with SuFu denim community as well as denim professionals in the States.
