Nas is back with a banger from his upcoming Life is Good album titled simply, The Don. The song is pretty dope and showcases Nasty Nas’ liking to finer things in life from tailor made suits to vintage Rolls Royce Phantom, I guess he can just sign the video with a statement, “luxury is just my lifestyle.” A video definitely worthy of those 3 minutes of your life.

There are cars and then there are super cars. The latter probably cost you a million but will give you the bragging rights as you will be one of the selected few who own such a car. Sorry, I mean super car. Bugatti’s one of the brands that has claimed status by producing some of the rarest, unique cars on earth. And their concept for Bugatti 16C Galibier falls not behind in that sense. It’s pretty much the car I would buy if I had that extra million. They say god is in details and so seems to be the team behind this vehicle. I mean the dashboard time piece can be just picked up and worn as a watch. Those details set the car apart. In addition to the actual specs. No matter what, the video is worth a check.

Sorry guys, I have been just to say pre-occupied these past few days. Without going into details I just got a reminder of my mortality, will not play basketball or run the same ever again and so forth. And all I can do is sit back and take a chill pill. So my state of mind is sort of what you see in the video below. Now how random is that? Where do you find frogs that sit on the bench like a human being???

But life’s good. Full of ups and downs that make it a memorable journey…

I rate this as one of the tops stories of the recent history. A great story about an awesome idea, entrepreneurship and creativity that can spiral into an online phenomenon. “Caine’s Arcade is a short film about a 9 year old boy’s cardboard arcade, located in his dad’s used auto parts store in East LA.” (Caine’s Arcade) I guess why I find this story so inspirational and awesome is because I used to do stuff like this as a kid as well. Nothing as elaborate as this, but open a market on the backyard of the terrace of the house to sell “sticks and stones” or decorative items as they could be called. Something I would sell to family members and relatives to get few bucks to buy action figures. I had quite a few schemes like that and I really treasure those memories as I believe these projects kind of made me what I am today. I can see Maxwell creating his projects in the future as well. From early on I started to get inquiries about ladies’ jeans and agreed to have 5 pairs produced for 5 lucky ladies. These exclusive jeans were shipped to Taiwan, Finland, Netherlands, Malaysia and Thailand all custom made based on the requested sizes.

Having worn the 13.5oz Old American Selvedge Denim Lot 3010 jeans for about 6 months now, I’ve seen how the denim behaves and fades. The denim is rather “uneven” paying homage to the old production methods that not give equally even fabric. This gives the jeans a slightly rugged appearance and also ensures every pair is truly unique.

The denim’s fading is equally unique. The denim is not fast fading although the first soak does leave your bathtub blue in color. With wear the jeans do however fade and I’ve been more than happy with the results of my own particular pair of Northern Denim Co. Jeans.

As a preview every pair features a piece of fabric that not only serves as a fix patch but also gives an idea of how the jeans will fade.

It was a bit over a week ago that we received the Northern Denim Co. Jeans in Malaysia. It took a bit longer here due to customs and postal services, but it’s all good. The jeans are here and delivered to most of the customers already (with arrangements made with those without their jeans). So since the jeans are here I thought of dropping few posts on the jeans, starting with the custom ladies jeans.

Only 5 pairs of these custom ladies’ jeans were produced with custom measurements and special 3 button fly rare with “raw” denim for ladies as majority of the ladies’ jeans have a zipper fly. More of those three buttons later. I first wanted to post few fit pics of the raw jeans.
