All day I dream about… Adidas?

Well I wish I had time to lounge around and dream a little dream but unfortunately yours truly has been pushing the boundaries the entire weekend once again. It is now 8.15 pm and I’m writing my blog, which I like and it’s probably the most fun I have had the whole day (aside from breakfast pancakes, those were cool.) But you know what, nobody is telling me to do this, it’s just what I do and I keep my mind in the future. It’s all for a purpose. I love each and every project I take on, with so many things life is just like a huge puzzle you just have to solve. Make most of the time you have at hand and just kick with it.

Speaking of kicks, it’s been way too long before I have posted anything kicks related. Well let’s change this and post the picks of the week which are very Adidas centered this week, thus the title.

I have spoken of space age shoes for few times already and every time I see something that just screams space cowboys and renegades I think about Cowboy Bebop -the anime series. Don’t know why. I’m pretty sure the series didn’t even include any space age kicks… Oh, well…

The latest space collection comes from the direction of Yohji Yamamoto, Adidas and their collaborative Y-3 brand. The AW 2010 collection just screams space age, but not in an offensive way. It could be worse, and I somehow even take a liking to some of the kicks. You be the judge, is the line too much? Or is this what one should be wearing while strolling down the streets?

Another fresh week has kick-started and life’s good. Thanks to the “fresh” (as in cold) weather out there my allergy’s almost gone and I can enjoy my life again. So to all you frowning about the weather I wouldn’t mind if the month ahead was like this. Choy! Touch wood! Well we’ll see.

Being the Star Wars Kid that I am (oh yeah, I do have Darth Vader sounds in my GPS), this one had me smiling for a while. Fanboy stuff, but something everybody can dig. You dig?
