Jordan brand continues its set of entertaining basketball related ads with another one featuring Carmelo Anthony. The ad has a semi-original approach with Carmelo Anthony taking up the role of pretty much each individual in the ad from players to photographers. “Carmelo Anthony plays multiple roles as he shows the full extent of his versatility in the commercial for the Jordan Melo M7.” (Jumpman23)

I love how the basketball season brings up all these cool basketball related advertisements. I mean we just saw the Fast Adidas Ads and now the Jordan Brand has teamed up with Miami Heat’s Dwayne Wade for an action packed ad apparently inspired by James Bond movies. So through this video you can “experience the ultimate hoops adventure as Agent D3 begins his quest to return the Rings to Miami.” (Jumpman23)
Hybrid Sneaker

So what do you make out of this. A group of creative young minds got together during the Nike’s World Basketball Festival and combined elements of three giants Nike, Jordan and Converse. Now I do know the brands pretty much all live under same roof but still, it’s pretty cool idea. Although it is not much more than a show piece but still a nice example of young creativity.
Kicks Edition – Air Jordans

Late night, Saturday night. I must be getting old because the night used to start at the midnight, but for me it’s bedtime. But hey, I do want to wake up to watch Batman tomorrow morning, not just that but I have a breakfast to cook for the wifey and just so many things to do I just don’t want to miss out on. I’m a bit late with my writing, since I just spend the last few hours watching Seven Years in Tibet, a movie I had not watched until now and I really liked it. Good stuff.
