Exciting times, it’s already a month ago when I wrote about the choice of leather patch for the upcoming natural indigo Lot 750x Northern Denim Co. jeans. The first pair of the label is ready in Japan and we received the first pictures of these exclusive jeans.

As the title indicated, the Northern Denim Co. Lot 3010 jeans have finally landed in Finland. And no, this is not an April fools’ joke. The jeans arrived few days back, but the customs clearance took additional few days but we finally have the jeans at hand and we’ll be shipping out the jeans to all pre-ordered customers tomorrow or latest Tuesday. We’re packing and shipping the jeans as fast as we can but there are quite a few jeans to ship so bear with us. The first jeans were already last week and it happens that the first two owners were in Taiwan. Next week the jeans will be shipping out to number of countries and hopefully the Malaysian customs hand over the jeans tomorrow for us to deliver the jeans to anticipating owners here.

Magical Monday. It’s over 8pm and it’s still sunny. God I love the Spring season. I don’t even mind that it’s raining every now and then since at least it’s warm.

Today I thought of publishing the third installment of Momotaro Jeans – Made in Japan. The previous two editions got us to the point where we have the fabric and this is where the tailors come in.

Today’s a good day to continue on the topic of Momotaro Jeans – Made in Japan. The Part 2 is about the next stage of production, the looms. Once the yarn is spun and dyed it’s time to weave the denim.
