It’s truly one of the brands that you have to experience to fully understand the attention to detail that goes into their products. It’s funny how these artists release one video for a song, following which they release another video just few weeks or months later. I feel Kanye just dropped a video for Monster and now we can all watch the final version of the video. Even grimier horror-fest than the previous one, but the song is dope and I can’t hate on the video either. I guess it’s all about exposure and two videos definitely catch more buzz than just one.

Every now and then we like to post inspirational videos of different sorts. Today’s inspiration comes in a form of a video by FastCompany featuring John Jay of Wieden+Kennedy. I can truly relate to most of the thinks he’s saying about creativity, client relationships and the (creative) industry in general. t’s way too often that organizations silo people and their skill set making them robots in what they do. People have plenty of potential outside their title so it’s worthwhile looking into harnessing this talent. Just my two cents’ worth, now check the video.

Lil’ Wayne is workign hard to repeat the success of his previous “Tha Carter” releases and his upcoming Tha Carter IV is among the ost anticipated Hip Hop releases of the near future along with Dr. Dre’s Detox and Game’s R.E.D. album, of which there are no signs or release just yet, so that might just make Wayne’s Carter IV the biggest one of the upcoming releases. Maybe it’s just me but I did not enjoy Tha Carter III as much as II so hopefully he will pick up the pace with the fourth installment. The first single from the upcoming album at least gives good indication of what to expect from the album. That said, enjoy the 6’7′ video directed by Hype Williams below.

We’ve posted some pretty awesome Time Lapse projects on the blog in the past and the latest discover does not come any shorter from awesome. Mindrelic has pretty much packed the buzzing NYC life into a 3.5 minute video that glues the eyes of the viewer to the screen for the entire time. I really love these clips and feel that it would be great to make on of these projects as well at some point. I think I might adopt the style to my next denim project. Should be good. Your new year post is such a lovely text to read. Thx for the credits and thx for getting to know you the last months.
I know for sure that 2011 will become a good year for NDH…
Personally I can’t wait to get the KIKS TYO x Momotaro Jeans delivered to my door. It becomes a good exercise in how to be patient, hahaha. But since time is running very fast lately, feb/mar is there soon. Additionally, I can’t wait to get to know the other participants of the fading contest.
