Are you a Marvel Maniac? I know I am. Which is why most of Marvel related news catch my attention. Especially those mixed with fashion news. I’m sure the recent Stussy x Marvel collaboration is still in everyone’s fresh memory, and now FREAK’S STORE from Tokyo is teaming up with the legendary comic book house for a set of exclusive tees limited to 50 pieces each. The cool thing about the collaboration is that it also involves local creative talents such as Yasumasa Yonehara, Yasushi Fujimoto, Yoshikage Kajiwara, DJ MURO and DJ DARUMA. Basically established names in Japan’s creative scene. According to Hypebeast, the shirts come with, “three cans, one sheet of poster, and a comic book.” The price is 9,975 JPY and the shirts are available from FREAK’S STORE Shibuya only. Good look.

I like the photography works of Mr. Yasumasa Yonehara, a photographer known for his explicit photography and collaborations with likes of KIKS TYO, QUOLOMO to name just few. Yone is also bringing out a DVD titled Momi-Ero on 7th of October. Yone has a little trailer out which features (according to the official description) “new works from DVD named momi-ero.. all girls are shouting with my serious massage…. with no sex…..” I guess that’s all we need to say about the clip. Check it out yourself. Keep doing your thing Yone!

Konnichiwa!
It’s a sunny evening in Finland. The day’s been full of energy ever since 4am when I woke up to watch the NBA Finals. There’s no hiding it, I’m super hyped about the game and especially about the fact that Lakers drew the first blood taking the game 102-89. I was tweeting about the game and you can check up the reactions to the game at denim_house. There were plenty of folks commenting on the game in a similar fashion, heh. One of the funniest parts was when the court-side commentator/reporter was trying to interview Chris Rock (the comedian) in the audience, he obviously did not want to be interviewed and had his eyes locked in the game. It was similar to a situation when the husband is watching the game on TV and the wife asks something and he doesn’t eve realize she asked something but just answers yeah, yeah. C’mon, I know you know the situation.

Hi Y’all,
Monday mornings, got to love them. No matter how well you rest during the weekend, you’re moving at slow motion through most of the day, heh. At this point I need to give a shout to one of my ex-colleagues who is probably the only dude I know who genuinely loves Mondays. Why? Well you feel so refreshed and energetic after the weekend, heh. All good.
