On individual orders from Japan…
Due to our relationship with our represented brands, we are able to make individual orders for selected brands straight from Japan.
You can order a product of your choice via our online store or by emailing us. Upon receiving the order we will check the stock situation in Japan. Upon confirmation of stock, we will place an order for the item(s) which are shipped either direct to customer or to Finland from where we can ship the item(s). Please note that the delivery time depends on the stock availability in Japan. For orders shipped direct to customer from Japan, the customs and in-bound taxes are responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions or would like ot order items straight from Japan, feel free to contact us.
On shipping…
Shipping fees to Finland
Nordic Denim House offers free delivery for all purchases within Finland.
International shipping fees
For light products such as shirts, the global shipping cost is 6 euros for a single item and 12 euros for orders including 2 shirts. For all orders including 3 or more shirts, or heavier items like jeans and jackets there will be a shipping fee of 20 euros within EU countries and 30 euros for all orders outside EU.
You can view the total cost of your order during your checkout.
Delivery time with Priority Mail/Parcel:
- Nordic countries 2-5 working days
- Rest of Europe 3-7 working days
- Rest of the world 6-21 working days
- For individual items ordered straight from Japan, the delivery times depends on stock situation in Japan as well as shipping either straight to destination country or to Finland, from where we ship the item upon reciving the order from Japan. The estimated delivery time is 6-21 working days.
Please note that we only ship our products between Monday and Friday. Orders made on Friday afternoon are shipped on the following Monday. Orders are processed the same day and upon confirmation of payment, shipped on the next day. We will send you a tracking number once we have processed your order. Nordic Denim House is not liable of any delay which may be caused by the Customs procedures of the country of destination.
Due to high number of attempted credit card fraud cases from Indonesia and Kelantan, Malaysia we need additional evidence of a rightful order with all orders from these regions. As a precaution we will send a confirmation email to the respective email address attached to the order/payment. If we do not receive a reply and requested details within 24 hours we reserve the right to refund the payment and cancel the order.
Nordic Denim House is not responsible for the added cost from import duties and taxes imposed by the customs in your country prior to the delivery.If you have any questions regarding shipping domestically or to international destinations, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.
On returning policy…
All items purchased through our online store may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
All returned items must be in sold condition, unaltered with all tags attached.
Damaged or altered goods may not be changed.
Custom order such as chainstitched jeans may not be changed.
Nordic Denim House is not responsible for the shipping fees incurred from exchanging an item. Any shipping charges incurred from exchanging a product are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (24 %).
Nordic Denim House accepts all payments made with following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Payments made via PayPal are also welcome.
Prices on the site are priced based on Euros and other currencies present are based on estimations.
