I don't see my size, can you help me?
The sizes you see on our site are the sizes currently reserved for our online store. For certain products we have additional sizes in stock and if we do not have a particular design or size in stock, we do our best to source you the product in your size. If you have any questions about a specific product, don't hesitate to contact us for clarification.
How fast will my item be shipped?
We attempt to ship all of our products as fast as possible. Thus orders placed in the morning (GMT +2hrs) are usually shipped later that day. Orders placed in the late afternoon or evening, are usually shipped the next day.
What are the shipping costs?
For light products such as shirts, the global shipping cost is 6 euros for single item and 12 euros for two or three shirts. For all orders including more than three shirts, or heavier items like jeans and jackets there will be a shipping fee of 20 euros within EU countries and 30 euros for all orders outside EU. We ship with Priority Parcel. Delivery time for nordic countries is about 2-5 working days, europe 3-7 working days and the rest of the world about 6-14 working days. How can I track my order?
We provide a tracking code for every order. Once your order is processed, we will send you a personal tracking code with which you can track the status of your order.
What is the base currency to purchase products on Nordic Denim House?
Prices on the site are priced based on Euros and other currencies present are based on estimations. For an up-to-date conversion to your currency, please visit a site such as www.xe.com.
How do I pay?
We accept the following credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover as well as payments via PayPal.
Do you accept money orders?
At the moment we do not accept international money orders. In addition to the credit cards and PayPal payment options, in some cases we accept direct money transfers to our bank account (international money transfer).
